TodaysKidsStore.com was launched in July of 2008 by Mary Anne Maples and her husband, Robert Maples. An avid online seller, Maples eventually translated her interest into her own online store.

Another site update includes the addition of a company blog at www.Childrens-Toys-Furniture.com. Launched in October 2008, the blog will be an informational venue to discuss issues that are important to children such as autism detection, developing motor and cognitive skills through play, the benefits of imaginative play, and other related topics.
